Remote Lands, the world’s leading ultra-luxe Asia travel designer, has teamed up with luxury hotel brand The Peninsula Hotels to offer guests an unforgettable journey into Asia’s contemporary art capitals from February 19 to March 5, 2017. The trip will take 16 travelers through Bangkok, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Tokyo where they will stay in five Peninsula hotels while gaining access to exclusive contemporary art experiences in each city.
The new 15-day itinerary, Journey Through Asia’s Contemporary Art Capitals, features a variety of private, high-end art offerings for guests including intimate tours of acclaimed art museums, galleries and private collections, meeting world-renowned Asian artists and learning about their craft, artist panel discussions, private touring around the city and more. Each night of the trip is spent in a luxury, five-star Peninsula property. The also program echoes The Peninsula’s commitment to supporting and showcasing public art projects and commissions, as evidenced in their collaboration with artists during major global art fairs such as Art Basel Hong Kong and EXPO Chicago.
