Valentine’s Day Champagne & Chocolate Masterclass at FIAF

The French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) invites New Yorkers to bring their valentine to the Skyroom on Wednesday, February 14 at 7pm for the ultimate date night: a decadent tasting of esteemed French champagnes paired with exquisite Belgian chocolates at FIAF’s Valentine’s Day Chocolate and Champagne Masterclass. 

Experts from three renowned French champagne houses will each bring a brut and a rosé champagne. Master chocolatier Benoit Racquet, owner of BE Chocolat, pairs each tasting with one of six carefully selected milk and dark Belgian chocolates, handcrafted in the US.
