Hot dogs, apple pie and cocktails is what every Fourth of July holiday needs to be a success! Belvedere Vodka & Don Papa Rum have shared with us some of their favorite Fourth of July and summer cocktails to compliment your holiday and summertime cookouts and picnics.

Fourth of July Cocktails

Blueberry, Strawberry Mojito

2 oz Belvedere Vodka

1 oz Lime Juice

.75 Simple Syrup

3 Blueberries

2 Cut Strawberries

Build in shaker shake with ice and strain into glass over fresh ice. Top with soda or sparkling wine and garnish with mint sprig.

Red White and Brew

25mL Don Papa

25mL chicory root-infused Campari

25mL dry vermouth

10mL cold brew coffee

pinch Himalayan pink salt

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass over ice.

Stir until chilled and pour over large rock.

Garnish with red endive.

SUMMER COCKTAILS

Filipiña Colada

In a mixing vessel, combine (in this order):

15ml ginger syrup

30ml pineapple juice

45ml Don Papa 7

60ml coconut water

Dry shake, Pour into glass with crushed ice Garnish with a long pineapple leaf (and/or a ginger spear) and 6drs Bitter Truth chocolate bitters.

Here Comes the Sun

30ml Don Papa 7

15ml Scotch whisky

22.5ml lemon juice

22.5ml passion fruit syrup

5-6 basil leaves

22,5ml egg white

2 dashes peach bitters

Garnish: 1 basil leaf

Shake all ingredients together in a shaker then remove ice, then dry shake. Use Strainer then put in coupe glass.

Spiked Lemonade

2 oz Belvedere Vodka

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

5 Raspberries

Ginger Beer

Place all ingredients into shaker except for ginger beer and shake with ice. Strain and strain over fresh ice. Top off with ginger beer garnish with mint and raspberry.

Ginger Zest Spritz

1 oz Belvedere Vodka Ginger Zest

.75oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Honey Syrup

4 oz Soda Water

Build in spritz glass. Garnish with ginger and lime slices.

Polish Mule

2oz Belvedere Vodka Ginger Zest

.5 oz Lime Juice

.25 oz Simple Syrup

5oz Ginger Beer

3-4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Whip, shake, dump and top with soda. Garnish with lime wheel.
