Welcome Cocktail: Pomegranate Margarita
What better way to celebrate National Margarita Day than where it originated? At Hilton Los Cabos in Cabo Mexico, guests are welcomed with a refreshing Pomegranate Margarita curated with local La Pinta Pomegranate Tequila Liqueur. The perfect balance of acidity and sweetness will surely cool any traveler in the Los Cabos heat. - 1/6 ounce of tequila
- 1 ounce La Pinta Pomegranate Tequila Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 oz natural syrup
Daily Happy Hour at La Vista Club: ‘Green Devil’ Margarita
The ‘Green Devil’ at Hilton Los Cabos promises an ideal kick start to any tropical vacation. Filled with a perfect mixture of jalapeno peppers and local tequila, this frozen concoction will surely cool any traveler in the Los Cabos heat.

In the Pool: Exclusive Mezcalita from Aqua Attendant
Hilton Los Cabos recently launched its Aqua Attendant, whose job description includes exclusively serving hotel guests who are swimming, sunbathing and floating in the pool. Guests are also privy to an exclusive drink, the Mezcalita, a mezcal-watermelon liquor cocktail served in a fresh watermelon. Unparalleled to any beachside location, guests can sip on fresh fruit Mezcalitas, cozy up with one of Hilton Los Cabos’ refreshing scented towels, while relaxing in a serene oasis with one-of-a-kind vistas.
- 1.5 oz. Mezcal San Andres
- 1 oz Natural syrup
- 3\4 oz. Watermelon liqueur
- 1\2oz lime juice
- 4 cubes of fresh watermelon
*Add to the blended 10oz ice, 1.5oz Mezcal, 3 / 4oz watermelon liqueur, 4 cubes of fresh watermelon, 1 / 2oz fresh lime juice and 1oz natural syrup. Is liquefied to the point of snow; Cut the surface of the watermelon and remove the heart from the watermelon and pour the contents of the blender into the watermelon.
