Nick Nigro and Bay Ewald are founders of the boutique culinary arts company “comewecreate”, which focuses on all things imaginative within the realm of food. Bay has her BA & MA in English and creative writing, and has worked as a freelance writer and photographer for a variety of food publications, including SF Weekly. Nick has professionally dabbled in cooking, photography, film-making, writing and wandering for the majority of his early adult years thus far. Their first cookbook, Living the Mediterranean Diet, can be found in stores now. They strive to “see the world as an empty canvas that must be filled in the most colorfully creative of ways”.
