How are People Getting Happy and Staying Happy

Becoming happier means improving our relationship with ourselves and training our minds to choose better-feeling thoughts. The National Science Foundation says we think 60,000-80,000 thoughts per day; 80% are negative while 95% are repetitive. Our happiness and joy in life can diminish over time due to unconscious, negative, limiting beliefs.

Katie Wee is all too familiar with limiting beliefs, beliefs that led her on a four-year journey to overcome her inner self-critic, to better understand herself. Today, Wee is thriving, living her happiest life. She is eager to share her liberating lessons to help women be happy and stay happy. So many people who attend her retreats struggle with burnout, limiting self-beliefs, and negative thinking. People who are unaware of how they’re living and can’t define what they want.

Today, Katie uses her years spent learning how to be happy, plus yoga philosophies combined with nature’s positive energies led her to develop Happy Camp Retreats. She believes building a community in gorgeous retreat settings is one of the best ways to open yourself up to happiness.

Her retreats incorporate:

  • A prescriptive RX to reveal limiting beliefs to get happy and stay happy.
  • Unveiling the power of creating happiness in the present moment, reminds us to be kind to ourselves and know that happiness is a choice we make every day.
  • The tools of conscious creation attract what we desire in life, which plants the seeds of ongoing happiness.
  • Opportunities for self-healing through engaging activities: divine dancing, candlelight Yin yoga, paddleboarding..
  • Most importantly she uses her signature “Happy Camp” philosophy to create a life you love, which is the path to happiness.

If you desire to become a “Happy Camper” join Katie in 2023, February 28 – March 6 at Palmaia – the House of Aia, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Our Happy Campers will learn how to maximize their mindset to live their happiest lives. For more information on the retreat – click here
