When the California State Senate designated the month of September as Firefighter Appreciation Month, Josh Cellars, America’s #1 premium wine brand, released the Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon, as a tribute to founder Joseph Carr’s father Josh, a volunteer firefighter in upstate NY.

As fires rage throughout California, and the world, damage has affected not just wineries but homes and livelihoods. Josh Cellars knows the dangers all too well with their California vineyards. This is just one of many ways they say thank you to those who risk their lives every day.

For every bottle of Lodi Cabernet sold, Josh Cellars will donate $1 to either the National Volunteer Firefighter Council or local firefighter charities nationwide.

This special Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of coffee, brown spice and chocolate with tasting notes of blueberry, blackberry and vanilla. This full-bodied red is delicious and a way for you to toast firefighters throughout Firefighter Appreciation Month. Each bottle is $21.99.
