1.5 oz Portofino Dry Gin
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz Salted Water
1 Dash Olive Bitters

Stir and strain into a coupette glass, garnish with green olive & lemon peel.

0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Grapefriot bitters
1 bar spoon of gunpowser tea
Garnish with Fresh Lemon Zest

Ballotin Peanut Butter Cup Martini

Ingredients:

2 oz Ballotin Peanut Butter Chocolate Whiskey

1 oz Vanilla Vodka

1 oz half and half

Chocolate sauce to rim the glass

Place all ingredients over ice in a martini shaker. Shake well. Rim glass with chocolate sauce (optional). Pour into glass. Serve with a peanut butter cup for garnish.

Ingredients:

3 oz Broken Shed Vodka
Splash of Olive Brine

Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with three olives.

Ingredients:

50ml Minke Gin
20ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Raspberry Syrup
Garnish: Fresh or frozen raspberries
