Zammut Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Molinari Sambuca Extra
- 3 oz Prosecco
- ¼ Orange
- ¼ Pear
- 5 White grapes
Directions:
Muddle the fruit, add Molinari Sambuca Extra and shake with ice. Strain two times and pour in a chalice.
The Collins Molinari
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Molinari Sambuca Extra
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Sparkling water
- 2 oz Fresh cucumber
Directions:
Muddle the cucumber, add Molinari Sambuca Extra, the lemon juice and shake with ice. Strain in a Collins glass with ice and top with water.
Angelo Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Molinari Sambuca Extra
- ½ oz Limoncello di Capri
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Egg white
- Sparkling water
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Bergamot
Directions:
Pour all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake well and add ice continuing to shake. Pour in a Collins glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with rosemary, thyme and scent with bergamot.
Molinari Basilicum
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Molinari Sambuca Extra
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz Sparkling water
- Green Apple Granny Smith
- Basil (12 leaves)
- Fresh ginger
Directions:
Muddle all the ingredients in the shaker, add Molinari Sambuca Extra and shake well with ice. Strain twice and pour in a Margarita glass. Top with sparkling water.
