I had a group over and lined up the bags for a taste testing party. We started with Good Eat’n Cinnamon Mini Donut Puffs. The minute I opened the bright pink bag, we could  smell the aroma of cinnamon. On the tongue it tastes just like cinnamon cereal, but instead it’s a sweet snack puff. We agreed this is more of a dessert sweet snack to munch on while streaming your favorite show. One ounce of puffs are about 21 puffs and have 9 grams of fat, 16 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of protein. Made with corn meal, sunflower oil, rice, cinnamon and sugar, it did have a nice crunch.

Those who love Cool Ranch Doritos might enjoy the Eat’n Big Dill Ranch Tortilla Chips. We found these triangles coated with a salty mixture producing 330 mg of sodium per serving. There was just a touch of dill and more onion powder flavor with each bite. This bright green page is slightly addictive and has a satisfying crunch, however this savory snack lingers on your tongue minutes later with an onion aftertaste. A handful of 12 chips are about 140 calories, 8 grams of fat and 2 grams of protein.

A fan favorite was the Cookies and Cream Popcorn that tasted like carnival Kettle Corn. Each popcorn puff is coated in pieces of chocolate cookie and cream crumble. There are 7 grams of fat in one cup, 0 cholesterol, 170 grams of sodium, 19 grams of total carbohydrates and 1 gram of protein.

The Porkless Rinds are crunchy and have the aroma and flavor of sweet barbecue. About 22 rinds are 140 calories, 8 grams of fat, 205 mg of sodium, 16 grams of total carbohydrates and 2 grams of protein.

For those who have changed to a 100% vegan lifestyle, Good Eat’n offers a variety of vegan snacks.
