Tucked away at the famed Cisco Brewers property on Nantucket is Triple Eight Distillery, which has long dedicated itself to making fine spirits, and in 2000, began distilling The Notch. Made with 100% Maris Otter malt, Nantucket’s sand-filtered, pure island water, and invigorating maritime climate, The Notch is a collaborative product of nature and the collective wisdom of the brewers, distillers, and vintners of the Cisco Brewers Inc. family, which encompasses Triple Eight Distillery, Nantucket Vineyard and Cisco Brewers.
The unique single malt embodies the Island’s geographic location, climate, and its people, and without these elements, The Notch simply would not taste the same. For more information, please visit www.tripleeightdistillery.com.
