Mightylicious Offers Gluten-Free, Kosher Certified Soft-Baked Cookies
Get your hands on these soft-baked gluten-free cookies. Mightylicious cookies come in seven flavors that are free from gluten, wheat, rye, barley, and RBST. Four of the flavors are also vegan. They’re delightfully soft, all-natural, kosher certified, and made in the USA with non-GMO ingredients.
When the cookie company’s founder Carolyn Haeler got her Celiac Disease diagnosis in 2012, she wanted to revitalize the gluten-free cookie and take matters into her own hands. She first started with three flavors then expanded to the seven available now.
Gluten-free baked goods have truly improved over the past few years. Previously, gluten-free options were very limited. It was difficult to find any type of gluten-free option at the store. The textures were questionable, either too hard or too chewy or too crumbly. Now gluten-free baked goods taste delicious with excellent texture, so there’s nothing to miss about gluten.
Flavors
Mightylicious cookies come in seven flavors: Oatmeal Raisin, Oatmeal Coconut, Brown Butter, Brown Butter Short Bread, Double Dutch, Salted Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chip. The cookies are soft and scrumptious, perfect to pair with a cup of coffee or tea or to dunk in your choice of milk. Once you open them, the cookies come packaged in sets of two or three cookies for freshness. You can easily pack them for lunch or a picnic.
