Manhattan
2 oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
.75 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
2 dashes chocolate bitters
1 Cherry
Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice and add Reserva Exclusiva, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and chocolate bitters. Stir vigorously for at least 30 seconds, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the cherry and garnish with the orange zest twist.
Old Fashion
2 oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange zest
Combine Reserva Exclusiva, sugar syrup, Angostura bitters and orange zest in a mixing glass with large ice. Stir vigorously and strain into an old fashion glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with orange zest twist or Maraschino cherry.
Savoy Daisy
1 oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
.25 oz Diplomático Reserva
2 oz Ruby port
.75 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz Muscovado sugar syrup
.25 oz Grenadine
Orange zest
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
On the Island

Stir all ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with an orange peel and

Down in Caracas

.5oz. cream sherry
Stir over a large cube or Kold Draft ice in an Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with a large swath
of grapefruit peel.
Rum and Raisin

2 oz. unfiltered apple juice
.5 oz. Meuzard Ratafia
.25 oz. orgeat
.75 oz. lemon
Shake and strain over crushed ice in a tall glass, garnish with lemon slice.
Rumspresso

.5 oz. Varnelli Moka liqueur
.5 oz. lime juice
.5 oz. espresso
ginger beer
Shake all but ginger beer and strain over ice in cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with lime wheel.
The Bitter-End Zone
2oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
.75 oz freshly squeezed lime
2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
6 oz Ginger beer
Build cocktail directly in a highball glass filled with ice. Add Reserva Exclusiva, dash of Angostura bitters (optional) and ginger beer. Top with a squeeze of lime and garnish with fresh lime and ginger slices.
Diplo Toddy
1.5 oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
1 cube Brown sugar
1 stick Cinnamon
3 sweet cloves
1 lemon
In a medium stove-top pot over low heat, add sugar, cinnamon and gently crushed cloves, rum and hot water. Stir gently until sugar and spices are dissolved. Carefully pour in to hot cocktail mug and garnish with a lemon slice.
