Taste of the Nation Los Angeles Kicks Off a Savory Summer

There’s no better way to counter June Gloom in Los Angeles than a day spent at The Taste of the Nation annual event. Not only will the food, beverage, games, prizes, and entertainment make you smile, but the fundraising campaign to which you are contributing will make your spirits soar.

The recipient organization, No Kid Hungry, is a national campaign run by Share Our Strength, a nonprofit working to solve problems of hunger and poverty in the United States and around the world. What could be better than to feed our hungry children while enjoying the bites of some of the most prominent chefs and restaurants in the country? With 100% of the proceeds used to end childhood hunger in California and across the US, this is a cause that everyone can support.

This year’s feast is held on June 11,2023, at Media Park in Culver City. Among the participating chefs are luminaries including Mei Lin, Chef/Owner of Daybird, Brooke Williamson, Chef/Owner of Playa Provisions, Nini Nguyen, Guest Chef, New Orleans, LA., and Stephanie Izard, Girl & the Goat, Iron Chef– just to name a few of the dozens of recognized and celebrity chefs who donate their time and efforts to make this event a must on every serious foodie’s calendar.

There’s still time to purchase your ticket to sip, savor and enjoy every morsel while making sure our children are well fed. After all, they are our future and tomorrow’s chefs. Bon Appetit!
