This resort offers 517 coastal chic guest rooms, including 57 upscale and spacious suites overlooking Huntington Beach. Premium ground floor rooms have a private fire pit on a furnished patio. Upgrade your stay in a sprawling beach house-style suite with impressive views of the Pacific.

BEACH TIME

Since no hotel or resort in Huntington Beach is right on the beach, The Hyatt Regency built an exclusive resort bridge over Pacific Coast Highway to transport guests safely to all the pleasures along Huntington City Beach. There is 3.5 miles sandy beach, surfing, swimming, paddle boarding, and bonfire rings.

BEACH BUTLER

For those looking for a beach experience, the Resort’s Waterfront Adventures offers cabana rental and beach butler service. Spend the day in one private cabana with two deluxe lounge chairs, beach towels and water service. Lunch can be delivered for an additional cost. This service is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for $175. Take a walk down to the 1,850 foot-long pier to watch surfers glide on top of waves.

POOL TIME

One of the best spots to see the sunset is from the resort’s Pacific View fire pits. Guests can reserve a private view area with a flickering fire, while sitting in chairs sipping a cocktail under a soft blanket. Order a Mai-tai or favorite beer or glass of wine or a s’mores kit to create your own sweet treat.

SUNSET HOUR

In the evening the Beach Bonfire Package includes a private fire pit with fire wood, chairs, blankets, hot cocoa, cold beverages and s’more kits. There is an option to have dinner delivered to your bonfire site. For a group of four people this package is $200.

FINE DINING

Watertable offers seasonal menus featuring locally sourced menu items with vintage California and world-class wines, artisanal cocktails, and craft brews inside a beautiful Mediterranean style dining room or picturesque outdoor patio.

CASUAL DINING

Pete’s Sunset Grille is in the village courtyard where you can enjoy dishes from surf destinations around the world while surrounded by surf memorabilia.

SEEING MERMAIDS

At the Mankota’s Pool, little guests can participate in a 45-minute mermaid experience starting at 10 a.m. Monday through Friday mermaid tails are available to rent for a mermaid meet and greet and swim instruction.

SPA TIME

Daily at noon, guests gather at the Pacific Waters Spa to help feed the colorful koi fish swimming in a tropical shallow lagoon.

The Pacific Waters Spa offers 17 treatment rooms and outdoor private treatment areas. One of their specialty treatments is the lymphatic drainage. This therapeutic massage technique increases circulation and drains trapped water and toxins from the body through the lymphatic system using gental movements on the face and neck or entire body. The benefits include reduced swelling, detoxify and regenerate tissue, as well as relieve pain and stress. The spa has a steam room, sauna and whirlpool.

PET FRIENDLY

This Hyatt Regency is a Pawsome Hotel that pamper guests and their furry friend with pet beds, bowls, and treats. Two dogs may stay in a guest room. There is a $175 charge per stay up to six nights.
