Chatham Bars Inn Celebrates the Cape’s Autumn Bounty with a Farm-to-Table Dining Experience
Chatham Bars Inn is inviting guests to join Executive Chef Anthony Coleand his exceptional culinary team for an Autumn Harvest Dinner set at the resort’s eight-acre farm. Taking place on September 14, 2018, the evening will begin with a champagne reception at 5:30pm followed by a four-course dinner curated by Chef Cole and carefully-selected wine pairings.
“We are thrilled welcome guests to our farm for an unparalleled culinary experience where we will showcase the best of our early-autumn harvest including heirloom tomatoes, melons, cherries, and more,” said Executive Chef Anthony Cole. “At Chatham Bars Inn, we only use the most sustainable and fresh ingredients. The farm supplies all the vegetables and herbs for all of our restaurants, we source fish from local fishermen, and source dairy and meats from nearby New England farms.”
