The Coconut Margarita
Take your tastebuds on a tropical vacation without leaving the backyard barbecue this July 4th.
2 oz Santo Reposado
½ oz Cointreau
1 oz Coconut Cream
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Ice
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel | Edible Flowers
- In acocktailshaker filled with ice add, tequila, cointreau, coconut cream, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish.
Mezca-Fresca Margarita
This cocktail puts the red in red, white and booze.
2 oz Santo Mezquila
0.5 oz Cointreau
2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz Strawberry Puree
1 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish:Raspberry Salt Rim Quartered Strawberries Lime Wheel
- Rim 16oz glass with raspberry salt blend, fill with ice and set aside.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 with ice and add mezquila, Cointreau, strawberry puree, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Cap mixing glass with shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain contents from shaker tin into rimmed 16oz glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and strawberries.
