Culver Hotel’s “Garden Hour with Toto” 85th Anniversary Special

Starting on August 25, the Culver Hotel in exciting Culver City is launching a pet-friendly happy hour. After work, hook a leash to your furry friend’s collar or halter and take a pre-dinner walk. Stop at Lillie’s, the onsite outdoor European-feeling café with your ‘Toto” for “Garden Hour” on Tuesdays through Fridays from 3 to 5 p.m.

Adjacent to the bustling Culver Steps promenade, sit under pretty striped umbrellas around lush green trees and vintage bird cages.

Celebrating its 85th anniversary, the iconic hotel has a deep connection to the famous movie ‘The Wizard of Oz.’ Filmed nearby at MGM Studios, some of the cast stayed at the hotel while filming. There are stories about how some cast members had a wild time after a day on the set.
