Fall Inspired Cocktails Crafted by Ketel One [COCKTAIL TIME]
The season is changing and so is our libations routine! Say goodbye to spritzes and sangria and hello to cider and spice. With cold weather cocktailing on the horizon, Ketel One has conjured up some new sips that encompass all our favorite fall flavors, and gave a few nostalgic serves a welcomed seasonal upgrade. See below for four new festive libations, perfect for autumnal hosting all season long.
Autumn Appletini

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
- .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup*
- .75 oz Apple Cider
- Garnish: Apple fan
Method:
- In a shaker, combine ingredients with ice and shake vigorously for 7 -10 seconds.
- Strain up into a chilled Maritni glass and add a green apple fan for garnish
Sub-Recipes:
- *Cinnamon Syrup:
- Boil 2 cups of water with 3 cinnamon sticks on high for 10 minutes. Reduce to a low simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
- While the water is still hot, measure out 1 cup of the cinnamon water and mix with 1 cup of dark brown sugar until it dissolves. Store in the Fridge for up to 3 weeks
Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
- .5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- .75 oz Pumpkin Allspice Syrup*
- 1 oz Coffee Concentrate**
- Garnish: Pumpkin Spice and Espresso Powder
Method:
- Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 7 -1 0 seconds.
- Strain up into a chilled martini glass and garnish half of the cocktail with pumpkin spice and espresso powder
Sub-Recipes:
- *Pumpkin Allspice Syrup:
- Boil 2 cups of water with 1 tbsp pumpkin spice on high for 5 – 7 minutes. Watch for any boil-up or overflow and stir while boiling. Reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes and remove from the stovetop.
- In a jar or bowl, measure out the reduced liquid, it will be less than 2 cups because of evaporation during the boiling process, then measure out the same quantity in sugar for a 1:1 ratio and add the sugar to the pumpkin spice liquid. Mix until dissolved and keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
- **Coffee concentrate:
- For best “at-home” version: Mix 1 cup of cold brew or store purchased iced coffee and mix with 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
Appily Married

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
- .5 oz apple juice
- .5 oz pink grapefruit juice
- 2 spoons honey syrup
- Garnish: Cinnamon sugar, for rim
Method
- Chill a cocktail glass and coat the rim with cinnamon sugar.
- Add Ketel One Vodka, apple juice, pink grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
Crimson & Clover

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- .75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1 oz Fever Tree soda water
- pomegranate seeds
For the coconut clove sugar:
- .25 cup coconut sugar
- .5 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 grapefruit wedge
Method
- First make the coconut clove sugar: Simply combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then pour out onto a shallow plate. Use the grapefruit wedge to rim your glass, then dip the rim in the coconut clove sugar. Add ice to the glass and set aside.
- Next combine the Ketel One Botanical, pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, and pinch of ground cloves in a shaker with ice. Shake, then pour through a sieve into the sugar-rimmed glass. Finish with the soda water and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
