Love is in the air this Valentine’s Day! If you’re looking for a last minute cocktail to impress your sweet, we’ve got three Valentine’s Day cocktails that are sure to impress!

1.5 OZ GEM & BOLT MEZCAL

1.5 OZ JASMINE TEA

0.75 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE

0.5 OZ AGAVE SYRUP

0.25 OZ BENEDICTINE

3 OR 4 RASPBERRIES

SHAKE ALL INGREDIENTS & STRAIN OVER ICE.

GARNISH W/ 3 OR 4 RASPBERRIES

2 OZ STRAWBERRY INFUSED JAJA BLANCO TEQUILA

0.5 OZ FINO SHERRY

0.75 OZ LEMON JUICE

0.75 OZ RASPBERRY

0.75 OZ ROSE

0.75 OZ WHITE PEPPER SYRUP

SHAKE ALL INGREDIENTS & STRAIN OVER ICE.

Our final cocktail recipe is provided by our friends at Humboldt Distillery. We’ve taste-tested their product and it’s incredible!

Humboldt Distillery, Northern California’s original micro-distillery producing a line-up of gluten-free and non-GMO, craft spirits – has created an indulgent libation perfect for Valentine’s Day; a decadent dessert in a glass. Humboldt Distillery’s Organic Vodka, smooth with flashes of sweetness, is complemented by small-batch, bean to bar Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate and high-quality milk from a local Humboldt County farm. They kept the recipe easy (so more time to spend with your loved ones) and let the flavors of the ingredients speak for themselves.

Dick Taylor Chocolate

Love Song

5 oz fresh milk

(we used local @alexandrefamilyfarms)

.5oz of premium dark chocolate

(we used ¼ of a bar of @dicktaylorchocolate Northerner Blend)

1.5 oz Humboldt Distillery Organic Vodka

¼ tsp organic vanilla extract

Measure 4oz of milk in measuring cup, add to a saucepan and bring to a low simmer

Add in chocolate and whisk frequently until completely melted

Remove from heat

Add 1oz of cold milk to mixture and let cool (5-10 minutes)

Once cooled, pour back into measuring cup

Add Organic Vodka, vanilla extract, 2 cubes of ice and stir

Strain into glass and garnish with grated chocolate
