Power Fitness Couple Brings High-Profile Vlaun Method Retreats to Central America

Publications from the Wall Street Journal to Condé Nast Traveler rave about the popular Vlaun Method Retreats created by fitness power couple Chris and Tracie Vlaun. This year the Vlaun’s are bringing their retreats called, “The Future of Fitness,” to Belize and the Dominican Republic.
