Broken Shed Halloween Cocktails [COCKTAIL TIME]

If you’re looking for spooktacular cocktails to mix up this Halloween season, Broken Shed Vodka has shared three of their seasonal favorites below!

The Quick Change

The Quick Change is as delicious as it is fun. Lemon juice is poured over the drink to make the butterfly pea flower change from a deep hue to a pretty purple, giving the drink a magical feel.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Broken Shed Vodka

  • 1 oz butterfly pea flower tea

  • 0.75 oz simple syrup

  • 0.75 clarified lemon juice

Directions:

  • Add ingredients (minus the lemon juice) into a chilled coupe glass and stir. Top with the lemon juice to see the colorful change. No garnish.

Pumpkin, Spice & Everything on Ice

Complex yet balanced, the Pumpkin, Spice & Everything on Ice has all the qualities of a really good Maple Old Fashioned. This cocktail is the perfect drink for sipping on cozy nights around the fireplace sharing scary stories. 

Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz of Broken Shed Vodka

  • 1 oz of maple coffee syrup

  • Garnish: 1 star anise pod

Pumpkin Maple Coffee Syrup

Mix equal parts cold coffee, maple syrup and pumpkin purée. 

Directions:

  • Stir everything over ice, then double strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with star anise pod.

 

All Things Nice

Broken Shed Vodka’s smooth taste combines seamlessly with citrus, spice and hints of sweetness. Warming, rich and inviting, All Things Nice is the perfect Halloween party punch for a large group. Double (or triple) as required, just make sure you use a big enough bowl!

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cinnamon orange tea-infused Broken Shed Vodka (recipe follows)

  • 4 oz pineapple juice

  • 2 oz sweet vermouth

  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz club soda

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • 3 oz dry champagne

  • Garnish: orange wheel

Cinnamon Orange Tea Vodka

  • 15 cinnamon orange tea bags

  • 750 ml Broken Shed Vodka

  • Add the tea bags to a glass container. Cover with Broken Shed Vodka and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Strain back into your original bottle.

Directions:

  • Stir everything (except the champagne) over ice, then strain into a punch bowl. Top with champagne and orange wheels.
