For Moms Who Love Martinis: Glendalough Rose Gin [COCKTAIL TIME]

Mother’s who love martini’s will appreciate the cocktails inspired by Glendalough Rose Gin. From the beautiful pink color, the smooth taste and the inspiration behind the product…a mother! Watch the video at the end of this article to hear the story.

Made in the mountains of Wicklow, Glendalough Rose Gin ($34.99) was created as a way for Glendalough Distiller, Rowdy Rooney, to honor his own mother. Mother Rose loved her rose garden, so after her passing, Rowdy bottled her memory in the form of a light, floral and flavorful rose gin.

Glendalough distills wild Wicklow and Heritage rose petals with botanicals in a pot still to craft a unique, small-batch gin perfect for the mother figure in your life! Given the delicate ingredients, Glendalough Rose Gin is distilled even slower and more gently than the Wild Botanical Gin, with vapor distillation playing a bigger part extracting essential oils and floral notes. After distillation, it is further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavors and impart a lovely pink hue.

Glendalough Rose Gin is available in retailers nationwide and on Drizly.
