Fruit Cocktails from Broken Shed Vodka
Record-breaking heat waves call for refreshing vodka cocktails, and longer AC breaks when things get a little too hot. With all that potential time you might spend indoors, why not whip up some fruit-based cocktails that require a little more work, but deliver the perfect, cool sip.

Pineapple Skies
Ingredients:

1 oz Broken Shed Vodka

2.5 oz pineapple juice
-
0.25 oz vanilla bean-infused grenadine

Garnish: 1 brûléed pineapple chunk
DIRECTIONS
Shake the Broken Shed Vodka and pineapple juice with ice, then double strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Slowly pour the vanilla bean-infused grenadine around the inside edge of the glass. Garnish with a brûléed pineapple chunk.
Kiwi’s Knees
Ingredients:

2 oz kiwifruit-infused Broken Shed Vodka (recipe follows)

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz manuka honey syrup

1 pinch pink salt
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. No garnish.
Kiwifruit-infused Vodka (500 grams fresh kiwifruit, 750 ml Broken Shed Vodka)
Cut the kiwifruit into cubes and place in a glass container. Gently muddle the kiwifruit, cover with Broken Shed Vodka, and let sit at room temperature for 4 days, stirring occasionally. Strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve back into your original bottle, and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
