Reprints, Permission & Excerpting Policy

Luxe Beat Media, LLC grants permission for authors, readers and third parties to reference excerpts from any Luxe Beat Media, LLC or Luxe Beat Magazine media property with proper attribution. This includes, for example, a quote from an article or audio clip excerpt to be referenced via social media or other publication. The name of the publication and the contributing writer must accompany an excerpt and link back to original published content. (e.g. “Article excerpt.” —Put a Pin in It! Columnist, Debbie Stone, Luxe Beat Magazine)

Certain permissions can be granted free of charge; others will incur a fee.

Contributors published via Luxe Beat Magazine own the copyright to said piece and the author can republish the content in its entirety one year (365 days) after the publication date via luxebeatmag.com or via the digital magazine, whichever comes first. By submitting content to any Luxe Beat Media, LLC publication, the contributor, advertiser and/or PR firm agrees that they have the rights to the content and media assets provided and Luxe Beat Media, LLC does not take on any liability.

Requests for permission to republish content (i.e. online articles/excerpts, print articles/excerpts, podcasts, audio clips, etc.) from Luxe Beat Media, LLC for any of its publications must be submitted in writing via this online form.
