Serve Angels & Cowboys sparkling wines this Halloween for a bubbly good time. These wines are crafted from some of Northern California’s best vineyards by female head winemaker Ondine Chattan. With over two decades of experience, Ondine helped launch Angels and Cowboys new sparkling Angels & Cowboys Brut Rosé NV and Angels & Cowboys Brut NV. Made in Méthode Traditionnelle, this method consists of allowing a wine to go through a second fermentation inside the bottle which produces small, fine bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel. Made with Champagne varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from Mendocino, Sonoma and Solano counties. It’s delicate, yet also a complex Brut exhibiting pleasing notes of golden delicious apple and citrus blossom. The creamy finish makes this an elegant blend. Other brand wines include Angels & Cowboys Sonoma County Rosé 2020 and Angels & Cowboys Sonoma County Proprietary Red 2018. For each bottle purchased of the entire Angels & Cowboys line, the brand will contribute to World Central Kitchen (WCK). Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, WCK brings nourishment to communities in times of crisis. During the Covid-19 pandemic it has mobilized local restaurants to cook meals for those in need while simultaneously helping restaurants keep their doors open and their team employed. Angels & Cowboys will contribute funds for meals through WCK including its Restaurants for the People program up to $50,000 annually.
