The Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village new two-acre The Cove Pool, Kitchen & Bar, is an ideal spot to chill during bright sunny days and warm summer nights. Now, the resort has transformed summer weekend evenings into ‘Sundown Splash After Hours Night Swims.’

Beginning May 25 through September 2, 2024,  there will be a lively pool party every Saturday evening from 7 to 11 p.m. Guests can join others at The Cove in their cutest bathing suit or colorful resort wear to enjoy Chef Jesus Medina’s Baja-Mediterranean dishes. Sip a creative cocktail or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of Miss DJ Bliss and other featured artists throughout the summer.

Miss DJ Bliss has become one of ​​the most sought-after DJs in Los Angeles for blending distinctly ​​feel-good sounds. This Brazilian native has performed across the world and shared stages ​​with Iggy Azalea, and global superstar Pitbull as one of his DJs during his “Can’t Stop Us Now” tour.

Guests can enjoy the grand pool and whirlpool spas in the evening, and play a few games of bocce ball and cornhole on the activity lawn.

Evening passes to the ‘Sundown Splash’ are offered complimentary to hotel guests. Non-hotel guests are welcome to purchase a $45 per person night pass. Each pass includes a lounge chair and welcome beverage.

The Cove also is offering “Night Beds” that include a $75 food and beverage credit and two night passes for $275. There are also a limited amount of cabanas available for a party of four that include $100 food and beverage credit and four night passes for $395.

The vibrant Baja Mediterranean menu celebrates seasonality and local ingredients at The Cove. His menu includes favorites such as Shrimp Aguachile with cucumber and yuzu broth, serrano, grapefruit and cilantro. The creamy labneh with zaatar, honey and house-baked bread is a must to order. Hearty fare includes the Jidori Chicken Milanese with garlic aioli heirloom tomato, arugula, fennel, and parmesan cheese. Try the Baja Style tacos with avocado cabbage, cilantro, matcha aioli and homemade corn tortillas. Another crowd pleaser is the wood-fired Calabrese Pizza with tomato, mozzarella, honey and chopped basil.

These dishes pair well with a Paloma made with Resposado, fresh grapefruit and lime juice. The Tia Mia has mezcal, Myer’s Dark Rum, Cointreau, orgeat and fresh lime juice. Those who love a spicy margarita, The Cove Spicy Margarita is made with tequila, Cointreau, pineapple, agave, and jalapeno for a tingle on the tongue. For light and bubbly, the Venetian Spritz is a pour of Aperol, splash of Prosecco and rosemary. The bar is also serving Strawberry Frozen Rose made with with vodka, agave and fresh strawberries.

This new venue at the Four Seasons Hotel, Westlake Village is an ideal summer date night or girls weekend to escape the heat, while enjoying Baja-Mediterranean food, specialty drinks, and upbeat music while cooling down in the sparkling pools.
