Wynn Las Vegas Al Fresco and Late Night Culinary Options
With the weather warming up, Wynn Las Vegas recently kicked off their outdoor dining season showcasing their state-of-the-art multi-sensory show at the ‘Lake of Dreams’ and new after hours food and beverage venues. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas consist of two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,748 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas. The resort features 20 signature dining experiences and 14 bars. There are 9 different fine dining culinary experiences throughout Wynn and Encore.
Two popular culinary venues SW Steakhouse and Lakeside, as well as Aft Cocktail Deck overlook the serene three-acre lake with 1,500 pine trees and a picturesque 90-foot tall cascading waterfall. Reserve a table at the water’s edge for a front row seat. Executive Chef Mark LaRusso’s fine dining menu at SW Steakhouse specializes in seasonal ingredients, dry aged steaks, Japanese Wagyu beef, fresh seafood, savory side dishes and exquisite desserts.

At dusk, the nonstop music turns into a high-energy light display across the performance waterfall. Large animatronic puppets rise from behind the wall lip synching to songs by Lady Gaga, Sting, Chainsmokers and Frank Sinatra. The two minute show runs every half hour during the dinner hour and now on Sunday through Thursday until 2 a.m., and on Friday and Saturday evenings until 3 a.m.

Other late-night offerings at Wynn Las Vegas includes Lakeside, also at the edge of ‘Lake of Dreams’. Executive Chef David Middleton’s menu of sustainably sourced, line-caught fish and shellfish are sourced from worldwide waters. Favorites include Mediterranean branzino and wild Hawaiian mahi mahi.
Seafood forward fare
After dark, Aft Cocktail Deck is the perfect place to cap off a late night. Seating is available to watch the show first-come-first-serve. The menu features shareable nightcap carafes and light bites. Special cocktails include the Madrid made with 818 Blanco Tequila, Licor 43, Kahlua Blonde Roast Liqueur, espresso, Madagascar vanilla and chocolate covered espresso beans. Another popular libation is the “Yacht Rock chambong’ serving two guests with a split of Moët & Chandon Champagne.

Special late-night fare at Aft Cocktail Deck includes caviar service, charcuterie boards, and chilled jumbo shrimp. cocktails and light bites. The Lake Terrace upstairs offers a few chairs, tables and standing room to see the complimentary waterfall shows.
Delilah
Delilah offers a new spring menu and is now available from Executive Chef Joshua Smith at the swanky supper club, offering lantern-lit patios and extravagant courtyards perfect for seasonal dining. New dish highlights include spicy tuna tartare; burrata panzanella; and grandma’s gooey butter cake served with fresh strawberries and rhubarb.

Jardin in a conservatory setting, overlooks shimmering pools and manicured gardens. There is al fresco seating for brunch, lunch and weekend dinner. Menu items range from health-conscious to indulgent, with favorites including the kale pesto scramble; chocolate chip red velvet pancakes; and the Jardin Cheeseburger.

Sinatra pays tribute to Ol’ Blue Eyes with elevated twists on the classic Italian dishes Frank loved. The open yet cozy patio is the perfect setting to enjoy dishes such as Frank’s spaghetti and clams; veal parmigiana; and branzino served with seasonal vegetables, yellow pepper coulis and salsa verde.

Just off the private Wynn Tower Suites lobby, Tableau treats guests to a poolside patio and wonderfully prepared dishes for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Breakfast favorites such as the short rib benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes are available all day, along with lunch entrees such as grilled salmon, duck confit salad and the Tableau burger.
Terrace Pointe Café
This lively café features lush, manicured gardens and poolside patio seating where guests can indulge in sophisticated takes on breakfast, brunch and lunch staples. A variety of favorites are offered, including fresh baked pastries, all-day breakfast and indulgent desserts.
Venture outside of Wynn on the al fresco dining terraces for a different Las Vegas experience among the greenery, water and stars.
