This extraordinary offering, aptly named “Mille” to signify the limited 1,000 bottles produced, is a rare and expertly crafted addition to the Madame Zéro portfolio of health-forward and ultra-low sugar Champagnes.

 

Delicately cultivated from select plots featuring 45-year-old vines in Vertus, France, “Mille” marries the finesse of Chardonnay with the structure and body of Pinot Noir, boasting an exquisite composition of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Aged for more than nine years on fine lees, this remarkable blend manifests the ultimate expression of Vertus. From hand-picking the fruit to the meticulous hand application of one of the most intricate and unique packages in the market, every process and detail of this cuvée is meticulous, reliant on the magic of time, yielding an incomparable result of finesse, balance, and complexity.

 

True to the progressive and transparent foundation of Madame Zéro, the “Mille” is ultra-low sugar with less than 0.5g per glass, and openly provides nutrition info on the label.

On the palate, this Champagne exhibits exceptional structure with a silky mousse, chalky minerality, and crisp acidity.
