Ingredients:

2 oz. Whiskeysmith Co. Peach Flavored Whiskey
10 Mint Leaves
3 Peach Slices
0.5 oz. Honey Simple Syrup
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Method:

In a glass, muddle mint, peaches and honey syrup.
Add Whiskeysmith Co. Peach Flavored Whiskey, lemon juice, and muddle again.
Top with crushed ice, and garnish with lots of fresh mint and peaches.

Broken Shed Vodka

Method:

Add all ingredients to a highball with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients:

0.5 oz Disaronno
1.5 oz Rye whiskey
0.25 oz ml Peach liqueur
4 Mint leaves
Crushed Ice
Mint sprig

Method:

Muddle ingredients into a tin cup or julep cup, scoop out mint and discard. Add crushed ice and stir. Top up with crushed ice and lay on top a mint spring. Dust mint sprig with powdered sugar and julep strainer.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin

Delightfully fresh and rounded up front with citrus, juniper & spice immediately evident. The expected juniper follows close behind. Gunpowder Tea, meadowsweet & coriander are all notable. 1.5 oz Gunpowder Gin
0.75 oz Honey Mint Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Jasmine Green Tea

Method:

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with mint sprig. Topper of Scented dry ice aroma served from tea pot (kafir, cardamom)

Combine the ingredients in a Collins glass; top with ice. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a sprig of fresh mint.
