Only YOU Hotel Valencia: Opens on September 1

The five-star Only YOU Hotel Valencia will officially open on Sept. 1. As a Palladium Hotel Group property, it is the brand’s first property in the coastal city of Valencia and features lavish amenities and upscale in-house restaurants, including a paella-focused panoramic restaurant and Salvaje, an Asian fusion restaurant concept with additional locations in the U.S., Madrid, Barcelona, and Colombia. 

Highlights:

• The Only YOU brand departs from Madrid for the first time and lands in historic Valencia presenting their first five-star property. The brand’s other properties are four-star hotels.
• It boasts 191 rooms spread across eight floors, including suites with living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, and terraces. The Panorama Suite is the most breathtaking and upscale room within the property.
• The hotel will feature an arrocería, the El Mirador restaurant, focusing on paella and rice dishes – a Valencian specialty. The restaurant is located on the 9^th and final floor of the hotel and provides 360-degree views of the city.
• Equally as delicious, the Asian Fusion restaurant Salvaje, with locations in Miami, Madrid, Barcelona, and Bogota, will be in the hotel’s lobby. Sophisticated décor, a hip ambiance and live DJ music are some of the few exciting traits guests will notice upon entering the restaurant.
• Hotel guests and visitors will be able to enjoy Valencia’s esmorzaret at the many tables and bar located in the main lobby: locals avoid having breakfast and simply skip to a mid-morning or noon meal by having appetizers, drinks, such as beer or wine mixed with lemonade, and a baguette filled with charcuterie, eggs, or vegetables. The check-in area is combined with the lobby bar, so guests receive their refreshing cocktail or drink of choice upon arrival.
• A high-end flower shop (Atelier de la Flor) and a custom suit and tailoring boutique (Tom Black) will have their own retail spaces within the hotel.
• The hotel’s eclectic design, led by interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, mimics the hues of the Mediterranean and incorporates plenty of leafy plants.
