We recently covered a few veggie-inspired cocktails courtesy of Ketel One, and we’re following that up with another recipe featuring everyone’s current favorite savory ingredient: tomato.
The Tales on the Terrace cocktail is lightly savory from the salinity of the heirloom tomato juice which pairs nicely with the acidity of the grapefruit allowing for a bright citrus punch and soft floral finish from the Lillet Blanc.

Ingredients
1.5oz Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
0.5 oz Pressed Heirloom Tomato Juice
0.5 oz Grapefruit Cordial
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard and strain over large ice cube in a rocks glass
Garnish with a thin grapefruit crescent & pinch of Malden salt.
