Labor Day Cocktails Made Simple: Malfy Gin [COCKTAIL TIME]

Amalfi Martini

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Malfy Gin Originale
• 1 ½ parts limoncello
• ½ part fresh lemon juice
• 3 mint leaves (save 1 for garnish)

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 30 seconds & strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist & mint leaves.

Malfy Gin Affogato

Ingredients:

• 1 part Malfy Gin Limone
• 1 ½ parts espresso
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• Sprig of mint & lemon zest

Method:

Add scoop of ice cream to glass & top with Malfy Limone & espresso. Garnish with fresh mint & lemon zest.

 

Malfy Rosa Sorbet Slush

Ingredients:

• 1 part Malfy Gin Rosa
• 2 scoops lemon sorbet
• 1 part ruby red grapefruit juice
• 2 parts club soda
• Grapefruit wheel & sprig of rosemary

Method:

Add sorbet to glass then pour in Malfy Rosa & grapefruit juice. Top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit wheel & sprig of rosemary.

Malfy Gin Margarita

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Malfy Gin Arancia
• ¾ part lime juice
• ½ part agave syrup
• ½ part Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
•  Lime & orange wheel

Method:

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker & shake to combine. Pour into ice-filled glass (option to add salt rim). Garnish with wheels of lime & orange.

Malfy Rosa Jasmine Tea

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Malfy Gin Rosa
• 3 parts Jasmine white tea
• ½ part lemon juice
• ½ part sugar
• Grapefruit wheel & edible flowers

Method:

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker & shake to combine. Pour into ice-filled glass. Garnish with grapefruit wheel & edible flowers.

Malfy South Coast Fizz

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Malfy Gin Originale
• ½ part fresh lemon juice
• ½ part fresh lime juice
• ½ part simple syrup
• 2 parts club soda
• Lime wheel & sprig of mint

Method:

Add all ingredients to a glass filled
with ice. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with lime wheel & sprig of mint.
