Sprinkles Golden Dragon Bruce Lee Cupcake
Starting on January 22 through February 11, the Sprinkles team is baking Lunar New Year theme cupcakes. They have teamed up with the Bruce Lee Foundation and Gold House to celebrate the 2024 Lunar New Year.
The Golden Dragon Bruce Lee Cupcake is inspired by the traditional almond cookies gifted during Lunar New Year and symbolic of the Year of the Dragon. Available nationwide, the cupcake is made with rich red velvet cake and swirled with slivered almonds on top of a buttery Twin Dragon almond cookie crust. It’s topped with a fragrant almond cream cheese frosting and dazzles with a dragon candy decoration.
Fun Fact: Both almonds and the color red are symbolic of good luck and fortune in Chinese culture.
