Five Most Luxurious Miami High Rises Coming Soon

Five Most Luxurious Miami High Rises Coming Soon

Miami, the gorgeous gem of Southeast Florida, is home to nearly 450,000 people and welcomes a remarkable 26.5 million visitors per year. With so much foot traffic, it’s no wonder that Miami is a hotspot for new construction – especially high rises.

The Magic City has a reputation for beautiful architecture, birthing its own unique architectural style named Miami Modern. This style focuses on unique shapes, organic forms, and passive cooling to help residents stay comfortable during sultry Florida summers. Not only are Miami buildings eye-catching, but they come with incredible amenities that will make any visitor want to become a resident – and any resident, want to stay forever.

Today, we’ll examine the five most sumptuous high rises due to be delivered within the next few years.

Viceroy Brickell – The Residences

Situated in the city’s Brickell neighborhood, which is often known as “Wall Street South,” Viceroy Brickell is a classy, energy-efficient condominium complex set to open in 2026.

Boasting 45 floors and 498 units, residents can enjoy gorgeous views of the Miami Baywalk and almost immediate access to downtown Miami, which is just a five-minute walk away. The savvy Viceroy Brickell resident can sip a daring cocktail at MO Bar + Lounge before admiring the contemporary artwork from Jorge M Perez collection on permanent display at The Residences.

Viceroy is renowned for its luxury hotels and buildings across the world, and the Viceroy Brickell promises to be no different. Residents and their guests can enjoy an outdoor spa, heated pool, summer kitchen, and bocce court, as well as a wine cellar and tasting room. The fact that the condo building is open to short-term rentals makes it a lucrative investment, too.

Miami-based Arquitectonica is behind its design; they also designed the Cipriani Residences Miami, set to open in 2025. Interior designer Meyer Davis, recently inducted into the Interior Design Hall of Fame, will ensure every detail is perfect as soon as you walk in.

The 70-story Okan Tower, built to represent the gentle curves of a tulip, will offer immaculate views of Biscayne Bay and immediate access to the Miami city center. Floors 1 through 35 are devoted to the Hilton Hotel and Resort, allowing visitors to enjoy the luxury and bustle of downtown Miami, while short-term condo hotels will reach from the 36th to 50th floor.

From the 51st floor up reside the elegant Sky Residences, which offer long-term renters access to some of the most stunning scenery in the city. The building will also boast an authentic Turkish Hammam spa, cigar room, gastro kitchen, and a kids’ playroom.

Developed by the Okan Group, the Okan Tower was designed by Behar Font & Partners, P.A. It’s expected to be available in 2027.

Waldorf Astoria’s name has long been associated with the height of opulence, and the Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami promise to be no different. Carlos Ott, who also created the famous Burj Al Arab in Dubai, is the lead designer for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, which will be Miami’s tallest tower and its first super-tall skyscraper.

The 100-story tall building resembles a stack of uneven cubes, affording each of its 360 residences a unique perspective of some of Miami’s most famous landmarks, like Biscayne Key, downtown Miami, and Brickell Avenue.

Sieger Suarez Architects is the mastermind behind the project; they are also responsible for E11EVEN Hotel and Residences, as well as the highly anticipated Bentley Residences, which will be America’s tallest oceanfront property.

While many have already snapped up properties, several units are still available for $1.5 million each. The Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is due to welcome its residents in 2027.

Booked as Miami’s first 24/11 residential entertainment destination, E11EVEN is far more than just a hotel and condo building. The 65-story, 449-unit building will also feature Vegas-style attractions, including a sports lounge, day club and pool, and the Chopra Spa & Studio with meditation rooms, yoga, temperature-controlled plunge pool, and fitness center.

Residents can enjoy transportation to the E11EVEN Beach Club in South Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood, where they can take a quick dip before heading to one of South Miami’s fantastic restaurants, like Bagatelle

Sieger Suarez Architects is delivering E11EVEN Hotel and Residences, renowned for its remarkable tower-and-wedge shape. Famed interior design firm AvroKo is taking the lead on creating a luxury experience for guests and residents, utilizing a sleek, modernistic design that is wholly Miami in form.

Though the E11EVEN is sold out, the Miami Park West neighborhood has plenty of options for those who want a taste of the high life. The Eden Multifamily residences at 1018 North Miami Avenue will sit next to the E11EVEN and focus on pedestrian-friendly architecture, including native landscaping that will shade passersby in the searing Miami heat.

Kobi Karp Architects designed the 46-story building with a beautiful, lacey interplay of windows that allow residents of all 430 units a stunning view of downtown Miami. The garage has a delicate architectural treatment that will ensure both safety and maximum ventilation.

With 7,510 square feet of commercial space, the 1018 North Miami residences will become a hot destination for tourists and locals alike, in accordance with best practices for mixed-use spaces.
